Refund Policy
At Alanra, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
- Return must include the original packing slip or receipt.
- Products must have been purchased directly from our website.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear or swimwear (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-curated boxes
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Alanradesigns@gmail.com your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your return is received after 14 days, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Subscription Box Returns
As all curated boxes are tailored for your child’s preferences and needs, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error. Please contact us directly with any concerns and we’ll do our best to resolve them.
